是70年代开发的一种新型的空气分离设备，制氮机主要是以压缩空气为原料，的碳分子筛为吸附剂，采用变压吸附原理，在常温低压下，利用空气中的氧和氮在分子筛中的扩散速率不同，把氧和氮加以分离，由于碳分子筛对氧的吸附容量随压力的不同而有明显差异，降低压力，即可解吸碳分子筛吸附的氧分子，使碳分子筛再生，得以重复循环使用。系统设置两个吸附塔，一塔脱附再生，利用进口PLC控制循环交替两塔，以实现连续产出氮气。
